WHAT YOU'LL DO

Present finance, lease, and protection products through a consistent, compliant menu on every deal

Structure deals accurately and work with lenders to secure approvals that fit each guest's situation

Maintain lender relationships, including Honda Financial Services programs and incentives

Meet federal and state compliance requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California documentation standards -- on every deal

Partner with sales management on clean deal packages and fast funding

Keep the finance office experience transparent and efficient so guests aren't left waiting

Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required. Desk managers and sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered

Honda or import brand F&I experience, including Honda Financial Services programs, a meaningful advantage

Strong menu compliance and product penetration -- VSC, GAP, and protection products

Working knowledge of Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California documentation standards

Clear communicator who presents products honestly and without pressure

DMS experience preferred -- CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
