Our Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who:

• •Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
• •Build effective customer relationships
• •Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
• •Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
• •Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
• •Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.

The successful applicant will:

• •Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
• •Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
• •Be comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
• •Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
• •Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
• •Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
