Motor Werks Cadillac , part of Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service. If you have a proven automotive sales background and enjoy building lasting customer relationships, we want to meet you.

You will help customers select new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, explain features and technology, conduct test drives, and provide a premium experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and deliver a personalized luxury sales experience.

Present new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, features, technology, performance, and ownership benefits.

Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives.

Manage customer follow-up and build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Maintain current knowledge of Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, and competing luxury vehicles.

Partner with sales management, finance, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2–3 years of automotive sales experience with high-line vehicles and/or brands such as GM and Chevrolet.

Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, or comparable luxury-brand experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.

Comfort using dealership technology and customer relationship management tools.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
