Key Responsibilities :

• •Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by understanding their needs and offering expert product knowledge.
• •Demonstrate vehicle features, answer questions, and highlight key selling points.
• •Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options, trade-in evaluations, and closing the sale.
• •Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle inventory and the latest automotive trends.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• •Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
• •Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• •Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• •Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• •Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail.
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• •Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• •Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• •Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
