What You’ll Do

• •Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them
• •Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• •Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
• •Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
• •Respond to phone and online inquiries
• •Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
• •Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
• •Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
