Primary Responsibilities:

• •Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• •Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• •Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• •Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• •Attend product and sales training courses.
• •Follow up on all post-delivery items such as title/paperwork, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
