What You’ll Do

• •Desk and structure deals to support profitability, lender compliance, and customer satisfaction
• •Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants through daily training and performance feedback
• •Improve close rates, appointment show rates, lead response, and follow-up consistency
• •Hold the team accountable for CRM usage, sales process execution, and customer experience standards
• •Support inventory strategy, pricing conversations, deal flow, and sales performance goals
• •Maintain a structured, professional, and results-focused sales environment
• •Step into customer negotiations when needed to help close business

What We’re Looking For

• •Automotive sales management or dealership sales leadership experience required
• •Strong desking and deal-structuring ability
• •Proven ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable
• •Strong understanding of gross profit, sales volume, lead management, and customer satisfaction
• •Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership
• •Professional communication style and ownership mindset
