While this position can be hour-intensive, top associates make over $100,000 a year!

Automotive Sales Specialists must be willing to :

• •Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• •Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• •Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• •Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• •Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• •Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
• •Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead)

Requirements for Automotive Sales Specialists:

• •Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent sales-specific experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• •Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in high-energy environment
• •Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
• •Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• •Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• •Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• •No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)
• •Completion of pre-requisiite assessment for consideration of interview
• •Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
