Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• •Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• •Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• •Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
• •Maintain knowledge of our inventory and automotive trends
• •Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• •Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
• •Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• •Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• •Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
