Experienced Service Advisor Wanted - 5+ Years of Dealership Experience Required

Stocker Subaru is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping them navigate vehicle maintenance and repair needs while building trust and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns.
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate recommended services.
  • Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
  • Provide updates throughout the repair process.
  • Review completed repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
