Automotive Service BDC Agent

Fox Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about providing great service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a dealership that values its people and its customers, we want to hear from you.

This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner.

Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work.

Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive updates on vehicle status.

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) initiatives by providing a smooth, informative service experience.

Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention.

Qualifications:

Prior BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.

Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Team player attitude

Prompt and courteous

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
