Our shop is currently undergoing a major renovation—tripling the number of service bays—to better serve our customers and support our expanding team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience. While dealership experience is strongly preferred , it is not required. Additionally, prior experience with Hyundai or Kia vehicles is a plus, though not mandatory.

Desired Qualifications:

• •Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and repair software
• •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• •Proficient in electrical systems
• •Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds)
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to managing comeback rate of 5% or less.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• •Experience working in a dealership or high-volume service center
• •Eager to embrace and master emerging automotive technologies
• •Dedicated to continuously expanding technical skills and knowledge
• •ASE Certification(s) or equivalent automotive training
• •Familiarity with Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems
• •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• •Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
