Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and diagnostics.
• •Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs for optimal performance.
• •Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• •Communicate with service advisors about repairs, timelines, and additional services.
• •Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• •Participate in ongoing Honda training to stay updated on techniques and practices.
• •Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
• •Communicate with colleagues to ensure an efficient service experience, Every Customer, Every Vehicle, Every Day!

Qualifications:

• •Completion of a technical college program in automotive technology preferred.
• •Experience as a service technician or mechanic, especially with Honda or reputable brands.
• •Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• •ASE certification is preferred.
• •Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Strong communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• •Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
