INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY with sign-on bonus. Signing bonus based on ASE certifications and mechanical experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of professional automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Ability to perform repairs involving brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and air conditioning
• Proficiency with scan tools and automotive service information systems
• ASE certifications preferred
• North Carolina State Inspector License preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to quality workmanship, dependable attendance, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the shop team

Requirements

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs involving brakes, steering and suspension, engines, air conditioning, cooling systems, and tires. Complete scheduled maintenance, fluid exchanges, and thorough vehicle inspections. Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and service information to identify root causes and verify repairs. Document inspection findings, recommended services, and completed work clearly and accurately. Communicate with service advisors about repair needs, progress, and completion times. Deliver quality repairs while meeting shop productivity standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
