Dave Sinclair Buick GMC Dealership is hiring Automotive Technicians - Journeyman, Master Technician, A and B Level Service Technicians!

  • Starting flat rate pay at $35/hour – with a potential to increase to $60 per hour with Efficiency Bonus Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
  • Perform extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the cause(s) of customers’ concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations
  • Mentor and coach less experienced automotive technicians/mechanics
  • Assist fellow technicians to become efficient and effective
  • Keep workspace clean and safe to ensure safety and equipment longevity

Requirements

  • MO State Safety Inspection License
  • Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience – amount depends on position for which applying
  • Ability to diagnose and repair with little to no oversight and 100% accuracy in repair on the first time
  • ASE certification desirable
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to operate all auto repair tools skillfully, including current diagnostic tools and equipment
