Automotive Warranty Administrator (Part Time)

We have immediate openings for energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated warranty administrator to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
• •Strong communication and organizational skills
• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• •File warranty claims daily.
• •Ensure warranty claims are compliant in accordance with the Ciocca Automotive warranty process guidelines.
• •Meet with GM and Service Manager weekly to review warranty schedule.
• •Notify service manager of any compliance issues prior to submitting claims.
• •Assist service manager in training service advisors and technicians on warranty compliance.
• •Monitor parts return requests with parts manager.
