Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Desejável formação técnica ou superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas (cursando ou completo);
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas ou logísticas;
  • Conhecimento básico de emissão e conferência de Notas Fiscais;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus ou similar);
  • Pacote Office intermediário (Excel, Word).

Principais Atividades:

  • Responsável pelo lançamento de notas fiscais e registro de dados no sistema;
  • Controle de entrada e saída de mercadorias;
  • Atualização de planilhas de estoque e emissão de relatórios logísticos;
  • Organização de documentos e registros, garantindo o correto fluxo de informações e apoio às rotinas administrativas da área.
