Resumen: El Auxiliar de Limpieza de Áreas Públicas desempeñará un papel esencial en el mantenimiento y limpieza de las áreas comunes de la propiedad, como baños, restaurantes, lobby, accesos, áreas de oficinas y alberca. Esta posición contribuirá significativamente a la presentación impecable de nuestro establecimiento y al bienestar de nuestros huéspedes y visitantes.

Responsabilidades:

Limpieza General: Garantizar la limpieza y orden de las áreas comunes, incluyendo baños, áreas de descanso y zonas públicas.

Mantenimiento de Superficies: Limpiar y desinfectar espejos, muebles, pisos, pasamanos y otras superficies según sea necesario.

Atención a Detalles: Prestar atención a los detalles para asegurar que las áreas estén libres de marcas y presenten una apariencia impecable.

Áreas de Servicio: Mantener limpios los aterrizajes de ascensores de servicio, escaleras y cuartos de almacenamiento de suministros.

Limpieza de Baños: Realizar la limpieza y desinfección de los baños públicos, incluyendo inodoros, lavamanos y espejos.

Mantenimiento de Pisos: Barrer, trapear y mantener los suelos de las áreas públicas en condiciones óptimas.

Cooperación en Equipo: Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de limpieza para garantizar que todas las áreas se mantengan en excelentes condiciones.

Mantenimiento de Áreas Exteriores: Mantener limpios los accesos y áreas exteriores del establecimiento.

Reporte de Defectos: Informar al supervisor sobre cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento o defecto en las áreas públicas.

Asistencia a Visitantes: Brindar asistencia y responder a preguntas de los visitantes según sea necesario.

Habilidades y Requisitos:

Habilidades básicas de comunicación verbal.

Flexibilidad en el horario para ajustarse a las necesidades operativas.

Capacidad para entender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.

Atención meticulosa a los detalles.

Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar en un entorno acelerado.

Puntualidad y asistencia confiable.
