Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto**
Apoyar en la gestión y procesamiento de materiales de desecho (scrap) de manera eficiente y segura, contribuyendo al orden y la limpieza de las áreas designadas y al cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
- * Clasificar y segregar los diferentes tipos de materiales de desecho (metales, plásticos, cartón, etc.) según los estándares establecidos.
- * Operar equipos básicos para el manejo de scrap (montacargas, compactadoras, etc.), siempre y cuando se cuente con la capacitación y certificación correspondiente.
- * Realizar el pesaje y registro de los materiales de desecho.
- * Mantener el área de scrap limpia y organizada, siguiendo las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- * Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el flujo adecuado de los materiales de desecho.
- * Reportar cualquier anomalía o condición insegura relacionada con el manejo de scrap.
- * Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, higiene y calidad de la empresa.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
- * Educación básica (primaria o secundaria completa).
- * Experiencia previa deseable en manejo de materiales o entornos de producción.
- * Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
- * Capacidad física para levantar y mover objetos pesados.
- * Compromiso con la seguridad y el orden.
- * Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos si es requerido.
- * Se valorará certificación en manejo de montacargas (no excluyente).
