WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

They communicate effectively with internal customers, facilities, technical teams, integrators and vendors, explaining straightforward fixes to non-technical users while setting clear expectations. They remain calm during live meetings and events, are curious about unfamiliar issues, and bring a collaborative approach to maintaining reliable, consistent room experiences across EMEA.

- Strong organization, listening, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective during live meetings and events.
- Interest in AV control platforms such as Crestron or Q-SYS; QSC Control 101 or equivalent training within the first year is encouraged. Diagramming or AutoCAD exposure is a plus, not required undefined
