Are you an A&P Mechanic ready for a new chapter in your aviation career?

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM)—the largest aviation maintenance training school in the U.S.—is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), Aircraft Mechanics, and FAA-certified A&P Mechanics to join our team as instructors.

At AIM, you’ll:

Share your real-world aircraft maintenance experience with future technicians

Enjoy more predictable schedules compared to field work

Make a lasting impact on students entering the aviation industry

Continue growing your own knowledge while developing others
