Through the cultivation of thought leadership, we deliver sustainable and forward-thinking solutions to the most complex design challenges facing the world’s leading clients and partners.

Job Summary

The Associate Principal role requires 8-10 years of technology (ultra-low voltage/ICT systems) and security engineering and leadership experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an AEC or consulting environment. Eight-plus (8+) years of hands-on, direct client-facing engineering/design of systems and client management in our primary market sectors, with an emphasis on the Airport market.

The Aviation Technology Engineer serves as Introba's primary day-to-day technical representative supporting a major aviation program. The successful candidate will have sufficient aviation security technology consulting and engineering experience to confidently discuss the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of airport physical, technical, and operational security systems.

This position requires an understanding of airport capital project delivery, design coordination, consultant relationships, and stakeholder management. Success depends on the ability to recognize project risks, identify coordination issues before they become problems, maintain positive working relationships with the owner and prime consultant, and identify opportunities for Introba to add value through expanded services.
