About You:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years in avionics, electronics assembly, or manufacturing, with a focus on harness fabrication, test rack construction, and interface box integration

Strong root cause analysis skills and attention to detail when diagnosing issues in test setups and verifying build integrity
Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, ensuring efficiency in handling materials and assemblies, and proficient in distinguishing colors for accurate wire identification and termination
Capable of training and mentoring new technicians on proper build procedures, safety practices, and quality standards to ensure team consistency
