  • • Ensure all product settings and operational arrangements are accurate, properly approved, documented, tested, and aligned with approved product terms.
  • • Act as the key product contact for internal audit, control testing, compliance reviews, and remediation follow-up.
  • • Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and operational risks, and drive practical solutions to strengthen governance discipline.
  • • Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure product changes are implemented in a controlled and sustainable manner.
  • • Support product development and enhancement projects by providing governance, control, implementation planning, and post-launch monitoring input.

  • • Hands-on experience in control management, internal audit responses, control testing, issue remediation, or process governance.
  • • Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • • High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with the discipline to follow through on issues until closure.
  • • Strong problem-solving mindset, able to identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and drive improvements independently.
  • • Comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency, documentation, analysis, tracking, and routine control-related tasks.
  • • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain control requirements clearly and align stakeholders across teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • • Prior experience in credit card product governance, product maintenance, control assurance, or audit coordination is preferred.
