What you do
- Originate and execute syndicated loans transactions for Greater China, including feasibility assessment, term sheet formulation, and managing timelines and documentation.
- Develop competitive pricing models that align with market expectations and optimize transaction outcomes.
- Work closely with relationship managers to identify and originate primary or secondary deals, enhancing the bank’s syndicated loan portfolio.
- Maintain frequent dialogues with other market players for market intelligence.
- Assess market liquidity for precise underwriting decision.
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and business needs, while executing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree holder in economic, finance or a related field.
- At least 5-years in corporate banking, with a focus on Greater China syndicated loans
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with a solid business acumen.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
