Your Opportunity Starts Here.
The role is responsible for supporting the department’s transition from traditional reconciliation operations to a more technology-enabled, multi-skilled operating model. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, Technology teams and vendors to gather requirements, prepare URS, BRD and FSD documentation, perform SIT/UAT and parallel run testing, support production rollout, and maintain both traditional reconciliation configurations and future AI model capabilities within TLM.
The role also supports end-to-end risk, governance and control matters, including adherence to Group policies, third-party/vendor risk oversight, documentation, audit readiness and transformation programmes across the department.
The candidate is expected to champion change, challenge legacy processes and help build sustainable capabilities in reconciliation configuration, AI model monitoring, continuous model training, automation, analytics and operational excellence, in alignment with OCBC’s values and risk culture.
