Delivery of formative and summative tactical instruction based on contemporary tactics, techniques and procedures to pilot, AvWO, sensor operator trainees and operational crews in MH-60R training devices. This includes briefing, debriefing and generation of sortie reports.

Delivery of tactical ground-school based on contemporary tactics, techniques and procedures to pilot, AvWO and sensor operator trainees utilising existing courseware via Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and Instructor Guided Reviews (IGR).

Assist in the development and improvement of mission scenarios for improved delivery of training outcomes.

Assist in the ongoing testing and certification of MH-60R training devices, including new or modified systems, system configuration upgrades and engineering change proposals (ECP).

Assist in the review of the relevant training course control documents (Curriculum).
