Want to shape how one of the world's largest global companies uses the cloud? Join our US FSI team as an Account Manager and help a global leader rethink how it builds, innovates and grows with AWS.

You'll join an established, collaborative account team on one of our most strategic relationships. You'll work as a true partner to the lead Account Manager, take ownership of key parts of the business, and help shape the long-term plan with them. The customer is complex, fast-moving and global. You'll talk with senior technology and business leaders about real problems: updating large data platforms, bringing generative AI into products people use every day, and helping them grow while keeping costs in check.

What you'll do:

  • Own and grow relationships with senior business and technology leaders across key business units in the US
  • Find new places where AWS can help the customer solve problems, and turn those ideas into programs that deliver results
  • Work alongside the lead Account Manager to build and run a long-term account plan
  • Bring in solutions architects, specialists, partners and service teams to deliver for the customer
  • Lead large, multi-year commercial deals from start to finish
  • Bring the customer's voice back to AWS so it shapes what we build next

Why you'll love it:

  • Big impact: your work affects products and services used by millions of people around the world
  • A team that has your back: you'll share wins, swap ideas and learn from experienced teammates every day
  • Room to grow: you'll gain experience on a large global account that's hard to get anywhere else
  • Cutting-edge work: you'll be in the room as the customer adopts AI, analytics and modern cloud systems at scale
  • If you love building trusted relationships, enjoy solving complicated problems, and want to help a global company invent its future, we'd love to talk with you.

  • - Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for global customers
