• Description of Duties:
• 1. Handle day-to-day operations, management, support, and administration of CS Cloud environments
• 2. Evaluate cloud environments to provide recommendations on spend management and risk mitigation - implement controls to control spend/risk
• 3. Provide administration, support, governance, and oversight to Consulting owned cloud environments
• 4. Design and architect cloud solutions to meet the requirements of Consulting requests and onboarding of new products/solutions
• 5. Participate in strategy, development, and deployment of security and compliance policies and maintain adherence to security and compliance frameworks
• 6. Provide 24/7 rotating on-call 3rd tier support for cloud environments
• 7. Create automation, scripting, and templates to increase efficiency and/or decrease cost
• 8. Provide advisory services relating to cloud infrastructure, migration and licensing
• 9. Provide management and administration of Microsoft Cloud platform products (Power Platform, Power BI, etc.)
