Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

Provision and maintain Azure resources including VMs, Storage Accounts, Networking, and Resource Groups.

Configure and administer Azure Virtual Networks, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute connectivity.

Implement and maintain identity and access management using Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and RBAC.

Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, availability, and security issues across Azure services.

Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.

Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform, ARM Templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.

Support CI/CD pipeline integrations with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Ensure cloud security compliance through Defender for Cloud, security policies, and vulnerability remediation.

Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization analysis.

Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.

Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and cloud architecture diagrams.
