Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Wartung von IT-Anwendungen zur Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs
  • 2nd-Level-Support mit Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Betreuung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365
  • Durchführung von Updates, Upgrades und Migrationen
  • Weiterentwicklung und technische Betreuung der M365- und Azure-Umgebungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter IT-Standards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Verständnis für logistische Abläufe
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
