  • Translate strategic priorities into structured annual, quarterly and rolling marketing and communications plans, with clear objectives, deliverables and success measures, and use this framework to track and demonstrate progress.
  • Work collaboratively and develop close working relationships with our partner account teams to become a trusted marketing advisor to them and their partners.

  • Develop and deliver tailored marketing plans, content and marketing activities for all our partners and audiences within those partners, working with the framework and priorities established by the Head of Marketing.
  • Increase the quality and quantity of our partner database, capturing detailed contact and audience-type information to enable effective segmentation and more personalised communications.
  • Support the planning of joint marketing activity plans with our partners, working collaboratively with our B2C Marketing Manager to identify appropriate opportunities to feature strategic partners, locations and experiences within consumer marketing and comms.
  • Partner with the Campaign Management team to ensure seamless execution across channels.
  • Oversee the creation of relevant marketing content and valuable materials and assets that build on our expertise and strengthen our relationship with partners.
  • Contribute marketing insight, performance updates and forward plans to support the preparation of partner QBRs, strategic reviews and planning sessions.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships Marketing in developing and implementing the global strategy and priorities for partner conferences, events and award programmes.
  • Design, plan and deliver a calendar of high-impact partner events aimed at building credibility, trust and long-term loyalty among our most important partners.
  • Manage the Priority Pass Excellence Awards and further enhance the initiative to drive greater recognition and value for partners and drive differentiation from other industry awards programmes.
  • Develop plans for agreed partner events, including summits, roundtables, showcases, webinars, thought leadership forums and strategic partner sessions.
  • Work with Partnerships leadership and relevant subject-matter experts to develop compelling event narratives and content programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery functions and external suppliers to enable effective event planning and execution.
  • Develop structured follow-up plans that turn event engagement into relevant commercial, relationship or marketing actions.
  • Analyse marketing and campaign performance to continually improve optimisation and demonstrate marketing impact and business value.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to partners and internal stakeholders, highlighting results, insights and recommendations.
  • Provide strong performance reporting and insight to internal leadership, with clear narratives on outcomes, learnings and optimisation actions.
  • Use data and insight to continually refine partner strategies and improve marketing effectiveness over time.
