Job Title: B2B Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Operations Executive to manage end-to-end B2B order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely dispatches in alignment with SLAs. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing bulk orders for multiple retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Coordinate and process B2B orders in WMS/ERP platforms.
• •Create and manage picklists, assign to pickers, and monitor order flow from picking to dispatch.
• •Communicate and follow up with brands, partners, and transport teams for smooth order movement.
• •Oversee packing, QC, and documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, STN, etc.).
• •Track shipments, update dispatch details, and maintain accuracy in tracking sheets.
• •Ensure compliance with SLAs and dispatch protocols.
• •Troubleshoot delays or issues and escalate as needed.
• •Maintain reports on order status and pending shipments.
• •Coordinate with finance or accounts team for billing-related documents if required.

Key Skills:

• •Strong understanding of B2B logistics and warehouse processes
• •Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Logic-ERP, Uniware, etc.)
• •Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• •Communication and coordination skills
• •Attention to detail and time management
• •Team Player
• •Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• •Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain or Logistics preferred)
• •4–5 years of experience in warehouse or B2B operations
• •Familiarity with retail dispatch workflows is a plus
