The Role
This is a B2B Product Marketing Manager position within Arrive for Business, reporting to the Head of B2B Product Marketing. You will be responsible for RingGo, one of Arrive's three B2B brands, helping UK businesses manage parking for their employees and fleets. RingGo is one of our biggest markets, with significant opportunities to grow in B2B. As the dedicated product marketer for the brand, you will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the UK. Your role involves creating impactful sales materials the RingGo team will actively utilize and ensuring businesses of every size recognize our comprehensive offerings. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will work closely with the RingGo sales team, Product, CRM, central marketing teams, and the EasyPark and ParkMobile product marketers within the wider B2B team.
How to make an impact
Own RingGo's B2B positioning and messaging, crafting a compelling story that sets us apart in the UK market.
Build and maintain a robust sales toolkit, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, talk tracks, objection handling, and customer-facing materials.
Transform product updates and pricing changes into clear sales narratives and engaging customer communications.
Collaborate to reach diverse business segments, from freelancers and small businesses to larger fleets, focusing on continuous growth.
Partner with CRM and lifecycle teams on campaigns for the existing RingGo business base to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Work cross-functionally with demand generation, digital, web, and SEO teams to ensure RingGo's business offer is visible and converts effectively online.
Conduct competitive and market research for the UK, keeping battle cards current, and measure success through asset usage, conversion, pipeline impact, and revenue.
About you
You are a collaborative, hands-on product marketer who excels at writing, building, and shipping impactful campaigns, rather than just strategizing. You take pride in creating materials that empower sales teams, and you bring a growth mindset, measuring success by meaningful adoption and revenue. You understand diverse B2B buyers across segments, from self-serve small businesses to sales-led larger accounts, and you thrive when translating complex features into clear value for finance, operations, and fleet managers. Driven by curiosity about the market and competitors, you are a team player who works exceptionally well alongside sales and cross-functional partners.
Your background
3–5 years of tangible experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (distinct from product management or demand generation).
A proven track record of successful launches and sales enablement that drove measurable adoption and revenue.
Strong, persuasive copywriting skills with the ability to communicate clearly and inclusively.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of the UK market.
Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot) and analytical tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics) to continuously refine your work.
Comfortable and highly collaborative working with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
