In deinem Job als A1 Shop B2B Verkäufer:in bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Small & Medium Business Kund:innen im Shop:
Du begeisterst als Expert:in für Business Produkte & Services unsere Kund:innen von der Welt von A1.
Du verkaufst Produkte sowie Lösungen und bietest Dienstleistungen im Bereich Fest- und Mobilnetz von A1 sowie im ICT-Bereich an.
Du hast Business Produkte klar im Fokus und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen und Multiplikator:in bei Business Themen.
Du kennst das A1 Produktportfolio, insbesondere Businessprodukte, perfekt und bringst dein Wissen in den Verkauf ein.
Du erbringst Customer Care Leistungen, insbesondere für Business Kund:innen.

eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung im Verkauf mitbringst

Kundenwünsche und -bedürfnisse verstehst
Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein professionelles Auftreten zeigst
über ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz verfügst
ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1) sowie Englisch (B2) besitzt
