  • Position: B2C ACTIVATION & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (M/W/D) DEIN
  • AUFGABENPROFIL Du koordinierst und unterstützt die Umsetzung von
  • B2C-Aktivierungen, Vertriebskampagnen und
  • Commercial-Calendar-Aktivitäten und begleitest den Rollout neuer
  • Initiativen. Du erstellst und pflegst Kommunikationsinhalte,
  • Präsentationen, Briefings und Status-Updates für SharePoint, Teams
  • und weitere interne Kanäle. Du übernimmst eigenständig kleinere
  • Projekte und Arbeitspakete und unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen innerhalb des B2C Activation Bereichs. Du
  • koordinierst Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse, unterstützt bei
  • User Coordination und Systemadministration und bearbeitest Anfragen
  • über Shared Mailboxen und Solution Desks. Du arbeitest eng mit
  • internen Schnittstellen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und
  • unterstützt bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Aktivierungen.
  • Du erstellst Reports, Dashboards, Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen in
  • Excel und Power BI, unterstützt bei Performance Reviews und leitest
  • konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen aus den Ergebnissen ab. DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
  • oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung. Erste Berufserfahrung in den
  • Bereichen Projektmanagement, Sales Support, Operations oder Marketing
  • ist von Vorteil. Du verfügst über sehr gute
  • Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint;
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI ist ein Plus. Du zeichnest Dich durch eine
  • strukturierte, analytische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus und
  • kannst mehrere Themen gleichzeitig organisieren und steuern. Du
  • bringst Eigeninitiative, eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und
  • lösungsorientiertes Denken mit und hast Freude an Prozessoptimierung.
  • Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit sicherem Auftreten
  • und positiver, pragmatischer Einstellung. Erste Kenntnisse in CRM-,
  • Ticketing- oder Planungssystemen sind von Vorteil. Du verfügst über
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
