### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen Konzepte und Machbarkeitsanalysen für komplexe Fragestellungen.
  • Sie entwickeln und konstruieren Produkte für den Maschinenbau und den Automotive-Einsatz. Dazu gehören sowohl die notwendigen technischen Berechnungen als auch das Modellieren in CAD-System.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen und bringen sich als Teamplayer aber auch als Teamleader in die Entwicklungsprozesse ein.
  • Sie koordinieren kleinere Entwicklungsteams und z.B. Teams von technischen Produktdesignern.
  • Sie sind innerhalb Ihrer Aufgabenstellungen verantwortlich für die Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten.
  • Sie sind Mitwirkender an FMEA's zur Sicherung der Produktqualität.
  • Sie sind Mitwirkender an Kostenoptimierungsprozessen zur Sicherung der Wirtschaftlichkeit.

### Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben ein Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau der Fachrichtung Konstruktion, respektive eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklungsprozessen sowie über eine fundierte Methodenkompetenz.
  • Idealerweise können Sie zusätzliche Kenntnisse im Bereich des Fahrzeugbaus vorweisen.
  • Sie verfügen über einschlägige Erfahrungen mit CAD-Programmen wie: Creo Elements oder SolidWorks.
  • Sie verfügen über einschlägige Erfahrungen mit PPS-, ERP- oder PDM-Systemen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten aus.
