Responsibilities:

• •Independent familiarization with Li-ion battery cells and their physical properties
• •Research on the current state of the art
• •Development of a parametric thermal model for battery cells
• •Enhancement of the model into an AI-based surrogate model for large-scale simulations
• •Analysis and visualization of measurement data for parameter generation and validation
• •Cross-departmental project coordination and communication

Qualifications:

• •Enrolled Student in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• •Basic knowledge of Li-ion batteries
• •ideally experience with FEM simulations, e.g. COMSOL
• •Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• •Strong MS Office skills
• •Analytical and organizational abilities
• •Excellent communication skills
• •High level of initiative, motivation, and team spirit
