Position Summary:

We’re expanding Product Development team at Saarthee, a high-impact, agile group that’s driving innovation at the intersection of analytics, technology, and AI.

We’re looking for a Back-End Developers who thrives in a product-building environment — someone who can combine strong engineering skills with a sense of ownership, creativity, and accountability to bring new products to life.

In this role, you’ll work across multiple products, alternating focus based on project priorities, but own one product end-to-end - leading its backend architecture, development, and pilot execution. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing backend systems that power Saarthee’s next-generation data and AI platforms.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• •Architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for new and existing products.
• •Own the backend foundation of one product from design and development through pilot and scale-up phases.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, data, product) to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• •Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance and scalability.
• •Develop and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) ensuring optimal data flow and efficiency.
• •Contribute to pilot launches, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements.
• •Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and containerized deployments.
• •Ensure data security, authentication, and compliance best practices across services.
• •Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning to align with team objectives.
• •Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance scalability, automation, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• •4-8 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering or full-stack development, building production-grade systems.
• •Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, with practical experience in frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
• •Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and data integration.
• •Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• •Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• •Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) and asynchronous event-driven systems.
• •Strong awareness of security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API versioning.
• •Exposure to data analytics or AI-driven systems is preferred.
• •Self-starter with a builder mindset, ownership attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced product setup.
