En PRAMAC buscamos incorporar a un/a Back Office Comercial para reforzar nuestro equipo del área Material Handling Equipment , un rol clave para el soporte al negocio y la atención a clientes en un entorno dinámico y orientado al resultado.

Si tienes experiencia o afinidad con la gestión comercial, la atención al cliente y el soporte administrativo a ventas, y te interesa desarrollarte en una compañía internacional en crecimiento, esta puede ser tu oportunidad.

Funciones principales

La persona seleccionada desempeñará, entre otras, las siguientes responsabilidades:

  • Dar soporte al equipo comercial en la gestión y seguimiento de clientes .
  • Elaborar, registrar y hacer seguimiento de ofertas comerciales .
  • Utilizar Salesforce (CRM) para el control y actualización de la actividad comercial.
  • Gestionar pedidos, coordinar plazos de entrega y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
  • Atender consultas de clientes por teléfono y correo electrónico .
  • Coordinarse con otros departamentos (logística, finanzas, servicio técnico, etc.) para resolver incidencias.
  • Mantener actualizada la información comercial y colaborar en la elaboración de reportes de ventas y actividad.
  • Contribuir al mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales sólidas y duraderas.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Administración, Comercio, Gestión Comercial, ADE, Marketing o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en funciones de back office comercial , atención al cliente o soporte a ventas (valorable).
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas y facilidad para aprender nuevos sistemas (valorable experiencia en CRM, especialmente Salesforce ).
  • Perfil organizado, proactivo, orientado a resultados y con habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar varios interlocutores internos y externos.
  • Inglés nivel B2
