What we are looking for

• •Several years of Python experience in production, and you stayed long enough to live.
• with what you built.

• •You know how a relational database works underneath the ORM: query planning,.
• indexing, what costs time to serve.

• •You can look at a large codebase and judge what to pull apart, what to leave.
• duplicated and what to delete.

• •When something is slow you measure it before you guess..
• •You explain your thinking clearly enough that someone with less experience can follow it and argue against it..
• •Fluency in English.

Specific experience requirements

• Required
• - Expertise in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and AWS.

• Ideal
• - Experience with charts and other drawing-heavy work,
• infrastructure-as-code, React, or anything you have built in public.
