Für unsere Produktion in Mainz-Kastel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Bäcker als Teigmacher (m/w/d).

# Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen und Massen nach unseren Rezepturen
  • Führen und Bedienen unserer Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Teigqualität
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Arbeitsbeginn: Je nach Stelle beginnt Deine Arbeitszeit entweder um 02:30 Uhr (Frühschicht) oder um 12:00 Uhr (Spätschicht)

# Das bringst Du mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker\*in oder Konditor\*in
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung von hochwertigen Backwaren
  • Leidenschaft für Qualität und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
  • flexible und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
