Für einen unserer namhaften Kunden im Großraum Fürth / Nürnberg / Schwabach suchen wir ab sofort, langfristig und mit Übernahmeoption einen Bäcker/Bäckerhelfer m/w/d.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung von Teigen nach unseren bewährten Rezepten
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Backöfen und anderen Produktionsmaschinen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Verpackung und Lagerung der fertigen Produkte
  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten in der Backstube

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bäckerhandwerk oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, idealerweise in einer Bäckerei
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen und -geräten
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten und an Wochenenden
