Wir suchen für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen bei Olbernhau einen Bäcker (m/w/d) im 3-Schicht System.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung Produktionsmaschinen im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Behebung von Störungen und kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (Bäcker, Fleischer etc. (m/w/d))
  • Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zum 3-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
