DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Teig mischen, Steuerung und Überwachung einer Produktionsanlage
  • Führung von MitarbeiterInnen, Unterstützung durch KollegInnen
  • Einhaltung der Produktions- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Kontrolle der Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Aufzeichnungen führen (Zahlen in unser Protokoll eintragen)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Bäcker/in oder Konditor/in
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche wünschenswert und von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Überstundenarbeit
  • wöchentlicher Schichtwechsel (es gibt 3 Schichten: 6 Uhr, 14 Uhr, 22 Uhr)
  • 5 bis 6-Tage Woche
  • verfügbarer PKW erforderlich
