Wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere Backstube – Menschen, die echtes Handwerk, hochwertige Backwaren und gute Zusammenarbeit im Team genauso schätzen wie wir.

Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Traditionsunternehmen mit 11 Fachgeschäften in Bielefeld . Qualität steht bei uns an erster Stelle. Deshalb legen wir großen Wert auf traditionelle Herstellungsverfahren und regionale Rohstoffe, wo immer es möglich ist .

Unsere Backstube wurde 2013 neu gebaut und bietet moderne Arbeitsbedingungen. Durch eine große Lichtkuppel fällt viel Tageslicht in die Backstube – und in den frühen Stunden manchmal auch ein wenig Mondlicht . 🌙

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Feingebäck nach handwerklicher Tradition
  • Mitarbeit in den verschiedenen Bereichen der Backstube
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem eingespielten Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker:in
  • Freude am traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk
  • Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung sowohl im Brot- als auch im Feingebäckbereich
