Als Linienleiter*in der Verpackung sorgst du für einen reibungslosen, effizienten und sicheren Ablauf an unseren Verpackungslinien. Du rüstest und bedienst moderne Verpackungsanlagen, überwachst den gesamten Produktionsprozess und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte in der geforderten Qualität verpackt werden. Durch regelmäßige Kontrollen behältst du Qualität, Quantität und die Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards stets im Blick. Kleinere Störungen behebst du selbstständig, kümmerst dich um Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten und sorgst für die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung der benötigten Materialien. Als Linienverantwortlicher führst du dein Team fachlich, koordinierst die Aufgaben entlang der Linie und sorgst für eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zum / zur Konditor*in von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Fingerspitzengefühl und Backleidenschaft
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Engagement
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Teamgeist
