Als Bäcker*in (in der Nachtschicht) bereitest du Backwaren aller Art zu: vom Frühstückskipferl bis zum 2-Kilogramm-Brotlaib. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören das Mischen, das händische Aufwirken, Kneten, Drehen oder Zopfen der Teige genauso wie das Bedienen der Backöfen und der Anlagen. Du begleitest den Backprozess in allen Phasen und arbeitest dabei eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie der Verwiegung und der Verpackung zusammen.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker*in
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bedienen von Maschinen
  • Know-How an Organisationsprozessen im Bäckereiumfeld
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Engagement
  • Interesse an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
