Für unsere Handwerksbäckerei in Badbergen suchen wir dich als

Bäcker/-in m/w/d

Wir sind keine Industrie. Bei uns duftet es noch echt nach Teig, Mehl und frischem Brot um 5 Uhr morgens. Wenn du stolz darauf bist, was aus deinen Händen kommt und morgens schon die Backstube rockst während andere schlafen - dann bist du einer von uns.

Deine Mission als "Held der Nacht" - Produktion

Was du bei uns machst:

Teig machen statt Knöpfe drücken: Brote, Brötchen und Kuchen von Hand und mit Herz herstellen

Rezepte leben: Sauerteig pflegen, Teige führen, nach Gefühl backen

Qualität sichern: Du prüfst, riechst, fühlst. Bei uns kommt nur raus, was du selbst essen würdest.

Teamwork: Schicht mit 2-3 Leuten. Jeder packt an, keiner lässt den anderen hängen.

Arbeitszeit: 2 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr - Wochenendarbeit nur im Wechsel KEINE Feiertagsarbeit!

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/-in oder Quereinsteiger mit Leidenschaft

Frühaufsteher-Gen: Für dich ist 2 Uhr morgens kein Problem, sondern Startschuss

Teamplayer: Wir duzen uns, helfen uns und lachen auch mal um 4 Uhr

Spaß am Handwerk: Dir ist egal ob Maschine oder Hand - Hauptsache gut gemacht

Zuverlässigkeit: Wenn wir auf dich zählen, dann bist zu da
