Die Backwerk Bio-Handwerksbäckerei ist auf die handwerkliche Herstellung von Bio-Backwaren spezialisiert, wir verarbeiten ausschließlich Rohstoffe aus ökologischem Anbau und verzichten völlig auf teigstabilisierende Zutaten.

Wir suchen zum 01.09. oder später \*\*\* ein/e Bäckerin (m/w/d) \*\*\*

Tätigkeiten:

  • Brotteige selbstständig nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen herzustellen und handwerklich aufzuarbeiten
  • Verarbeitung von hauseigenem Natursauer nach traditioneller Drei-Stufen-Führung
  • Verwendung von langzeitgeführten Teigen, Quell-, Koch- sowie Brühstücken
  • Herstellung von Spezialbrotsorten wie Ciabatta, Gerster, traditionelle französischer Backwaren
  • Fertigung von Brötchen, Seelen sowie diverser Kleingebäcke aus Hefefeinteigen und Croissants

Seit Juli 2023 backen wir an einem neuen Standort in den Hannover-Docks (Lindener Hafen) in einer modernen neu ausgebauten Backstube. Unser Team besteht aus 6 Bäckern und Bäckerinnen, die in Tag- und Nachtschicht (wochentags ab 3h) arbeiten.
